Stamps, embossed seals, seam seals and signatures are described in brackets and never copied as images — the convention USCIS, IRCC, ICA and NAATI translators follow, and copying the image is itself grounds for rejection.
English runs 1.5–3× longer than Chinese. The translation is re-flowed as real rows and columns, so a wrapping course name grows its whole row instead of covering its credits and grade.
Nine automated gates check coverage, number conservation, language purity, term consistency and layout collisions. When two models read a scanned digit differently, the job is held for human review — never auto-approved.
